Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers
in the installation, integra- tion, evaluation and acceptance of Abacas
Email Protection Gateway server.

Assist customers in resolving technical problems and
perform root cause analysis.

Assist Abaca engineering team in performing quality
assurance.

Responsible for managing and coordinating software updates
to existing customers.

Must be willing to work periodic off shift hours as required
for after hours support.

Write technical knowledge base articles and perform quality
assurance for release notes and documentation.

Provide technical sales assistance to our sales organization.

Works with sales representative to ensure a comprehensive
understanding of client's business and technical needs.

Consult and advise partners and customers on appropriate
network configuration and topology issues.

Provide technical support in sales presentations and
product demonstrations regard ing the capabilities, specifications and
operation of Abacas Email Protection Gateway server.

Provide the central point of contact for Sales on customer
technical inquiries regard- ing product information.
