Sales Account Manager

We’re growing our Sales team and are searching for a Sales professional with the drive and desire to make a significant impact and supercharge their professional career.

The Sales Account Manager will use their sales skills to reach decision makers and build strong relationships with customers. This individual is responsible for a quota and managing the entire sales cycle including lead identification, account penetration, needs analysis, online product demo, price negotiations and close.S/he must demonstrate the ability to sell based on value, not just price and must work well in a team-oriented environment. This position offers a competitive base salary, high upsideplan and the opportunity to become a foundation member of an elite sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in telephone based sales preferably in direct systems and/or software sales
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and an appetite for phone-based selling of technology products/services
  • Goal-oriented motivated by commission, competition and recognition
  • Strong work ethic with a “do whatever it takes” attitude
  • A telebusiness professional with exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking and oral communication skills, as well as an effective phone presence and confidence-inspiring personality
  • A familiarity with network and email/anti-spam technologies is helpful but not
    necessary.
  • Experience using a sales force automation system. Salesforce.com experience a plus
