Sales Account Manager

Were growing our Sales team and are searching for a Sales professional
with the drive and desire to make a significant impact and supercharge their
professional career.
The Sales Account Manager will use their sales skills to reach decision
makers and build strong relationships with customers. This individual is
responsible for a quota and managing the entire sales cycle including lead
identification, account penetration, needs analysis, online product demo,
price negotiations and close.S/he must demonstrate the ability to sell based
on value, not just price and must work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilites:

Acquire new account relationships that add incremental
revenue to the business through aggressive, phone-based selling.

Prospecting, including cold-calling target companies,
although warm leads will be provided as well.

Communicate the Abaca value proposition clearly and quickly,
in a positive manner.

Meet sales goals and quotas through accurate and effective
pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity management

Communicate what is and isnt working to the cross
functional team.

Participate in the development of winning sales strategies

Management of prospect lists and tracking of activity
and results within the CRM
system

Write pricing proposals and service agreements.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years experience in telephone based sales preferably
in direct systems and/or software sales

Proven track record of quota achievement and an appetite
for phone-based selling of technology products/services

Goal-oriented motivated by commission, competition
and recognition

Strong work ethic with a do whatever it takes
attitude

A telebusiness professional with exceptional interpersonal,
critical thinking and oral communication skills, as well as an effective
phone presence and confidence-inspiring personality

A familiarity with network and email/anti-spam technologies
is helpful but not
necessary.

Experience using a sales force automation system. Salesforce.com
experience a plus
